Alice Weinert is the Designated Managing Broker and owner of Haven & Loft Realty and lives in Chicago’s Lincoln Square neighborhood. She is passionate about researching local market statistics and learning about industry trends so she can educate her clients about the real estate landscape. 

In 2022, Alice was a member of the inaugural class of the Chicago REALTORS Leadership Accelerator and she was honored with the 2023 Rising Star Award from Chicago REALTORS. She currently serves as the Vice Chair of the Illinois REALTORS Affordable Housing & Economic Development Committee and as a member of the Chicago REALTORS Member Care Task Force, the Chicago REALTORS Sustainability Work Group, and the Illinois REALTORS Young Professionals Network (YPN) Advisory Group.

In her free time, you can find Alice browsing at a bookstore, playing board games, or testing out a new bundt cake recipe. She’s also a lifelong hiker, which has expanded into backpacking trips around the Midwest and volunteering on the Ice Age National Scenic Trail. Her favorite oasis in the city is the Montrose Point Bird Sanctuary, which features wooded paths and fantastic skyline views.
